- Practice Data: Scenario completion records, competency scores, and performance analytics
- Voice Recordings: Audio recordings of your voice during simulation practice (processed via third-party APIs and not permanently stored)
- Payment Information: Processed securely through our payment processor (RevenueCat); we do not store full credit card details
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Usage Data: App features used, scenarios accessed, session duration, and interaction patterns
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address
- Analytics: App performance metrics, crash reports, and user behavior analytics via Mixpanel
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To generate competency assessments and personalized feedback
- To process AI-powered patient simulations via Claude API
- To transcribe voice input via Whisper API
- To generate voice output via ElevenLabs API

- Anthropic (Claude API): AI conversation processing
- OpenAI (Whisper API): Voice transcription
- ElevenLabs: Voice synthesis

- RevenueCat: Subscription and payment processing
- Expo/OneSignal: Push notifications

Voice recordings are processed in real-time and not permanently stored. Practice data and competency records are retained until you request deletion or close your account.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
